Overthinking

 ✔️Overthinking doesn't discriminate: It affects everyone at some point in their lives. 

✔️Catch the thoughts: The first step to overcoming overthinking is to become aware of it. Once you realize you're overthinking, you can start to take steps to stop it. 

 ✔️Distract yourself: When you start to overthink, don't let your worries take over. Instead, distract yourself with something else, such as playing a game, listening to music, or spending time with friends. 

 ✔️Talk it out: Talking about your worries can help you to process them and let them go.
